Redistribution

Maps downloaded from GPSFileDepot may not be resold or re-distributed without express written permission from the map author. Additionally, many maps have been created using a version of cgpsmapper that does not allow for commercial application (selling) of these maps. Do NOT download and redistribute or sell maps from GPSFileDepot.

Files

GPSFileDepot does not guarantee these files will work. Use these files at your own risk. GPSFileDepot assumes no responsibility if any file harms you, your system, or your gps reciever.

No Unlawful Use Allowed

You may not used GPSFileDepot to do anything considered unlawful in the United States of America or in your home country. You may not use content obtained from GPSFileDepot to do anything unlawful. Anyone found to be in breach of these terms will have their access terminated. GPSFileDepot will cooperate with lawful police investigations and may reveal details about your actions if unlawful.

Data Usage

All data uploaded to this system automatically is available to users. Map author's set their own terms and conditions for each map they upload and these will be enforced by GPSFileDepot. Articles, tutorials, and forum posts are the opinion of their author. GPSFileDepot does not neccessarily agree or disagree with the opinions expressed in any of these means. Articles and tutorials submitted to GPSFileDepot for publication remain the property of the original author unless purchased by GPSFileDepot. All content published on GPSFileDepot may not be republished without the permission of the original author and/or GPSFileDepot if the author cannot be found.

Image Hosting

Free image hosting is provided as long as it relates to GPS units, services, or activities with the GPSr. It is primarily provided to post screenshots taken from GPSr units. Not all images are screened and GPSFileDepot cannot be responsible for their content. Contact us immediately if you find a bad image and we will handle the image accordingly. Members that upload images that go against the idea of this service will be warned and if neccessary banned.

Forums

You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.
