Southeast Grafton properties, Grafton, MA 01519

Location Information

Although not a massive area of conservation land, this area has at least seven separately named parcels! Included on this map are the Hassanamesit Woods, the Keith Hill Forest, the Platt Preserve, the Oakmont Farms open space, the Parker Preserve, the Salisbury Preserve, the R. Hohman Sanctuary, and open space set aside as part of the development of the Brookmeadow Village residential neighborhood. Trails connect all of the properties, although they are owned and stewarded by separate entities, including the Grafton Land Trust, the Town of Grafton, and the Hassanamesit Woods Committee. So instead of trying to list all those names, I'm just calling this area "Southeast Grafton properties."
