This map is a transparent map showing very accurate and current land status (Typically within the year in most states). The database used for the ownership and property boundaries is highly accurate and up to date, and we take the time to check the map for consistency. Make sure you know the date of ownership currency before using any ownership map in the field (BE VERY CAREFUL with other GPS maps that are available and always obey property postings). This map covers the Western US Rocky Mountain States - AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY. The map depicts different types of government owned lands colored according to the land management agency (US Forest Service, US Fish and Wildlife, etc.)

The map is Fully Transparent so you can use it with pre-loaded Topo Basemaps that come with certain newer GPS models such as the Oregon 400t, 450t, 550t and some Dakotas, Colorados, and others.

The map can also be used with other map products such as Garmin's Topo USA or Topo 1:24K series

This map also allows you to see Bureau of Land Management lands on the eTrex, Rino, and GPSMAP 60 & 76 series GPS units.
