Introduction

The purpose of this venture is to create a high resolution contour overlay map of the entire state of West Virginia. Use with City Navigator US maps to provide contour data to your autorouting road maps, or with Ibycus US maps.

County Borders
Elevation contours - Contour lines constructed from USGS 3 meter (1/9 arc-sec) NED data. Minor, intermediate & major contours are set to 24, 22 & 20 bit levels (display at approx. 500 ft, 0.3 mi & 1mi view zoom levels).

Coverage

This map covers the entire state of West Virginia.

Installation

Two options exist; for windows download and run setup. The map will then appear in Garmin MapSource and can be added to your GPS by selecting it in MapSource and sending it to the GPSr. For Mac download the mac version, extract it and double click the .gmapi file. Map Manager will then install the map for you.
