Cormier Woods is a parcel of land owned and stewarded by the Trustees of Reservations. The land was once farmland, and the farmhouse, barn and other structures have been preserved. Cormier Woods is just up the street from the popular Southwick's Zoo. Surrounding properties have also recently been protected as conservation land, and plans include linking the trails of those properties to the Cormier Woods trails.
